Is delivery free ?
Free delivery is available on orders of C$150.00 or more (before taxes) within Canada and the US only.
For orders of C$149.99 or less (before taxes) within Canada and the U.S. C$17.00 shipping fees are applicable.
For international orders, shipping fees will vary according to the delivery address and will be calculated according to the final destinations Postal Code / ZIP code.
How long does delivery take ?
Our lead time of 5 to 12 business days includes:
Processing time: 3 to 7 business days for production of all orders.
Shipping times: 2 to 5 days of shipping within Canada, 4 to 8 days of shipping to the US and up to 32 days for shipping internationally.
Please refer to our Delivery and Shipping Policy concerning fees and delays for packages passing through customs and for all other details on shipping and pick up.
Are your acoustic panels Eco-Friendly ?
Yes, at Printed Acoustic we use T-Max panels which are an environmentally friendly acoustic product made from thermally bonded recycled PET polyester fibers.
Our acoustic panels are:
- 100% recyclable/reusable;
- Made from recycled PET;
- Wool-like appearance (felt);
- Commercial-grade;
- 1/2'' thick
- certified GREENGUARD GOLD for low chemical emissions.
Are your product Commercial-Grade ?
Along with eco-friendly and sustainable specs, our acoustic panels are Certified UL.COM/CG - UL 2818 GREENGUARD GOLD for low chemical emissions.
